HVAC Project Manager
Duties :
- Lead and manage projects of various sizes and complexity, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, defining project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements.
- Implement effective project management methodologies and tools to drive project success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates on progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Monitor and control project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure successful delivery.
- Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment by providing guidance, support, and mentorship to team members.
- Manage construction schedules and activities.
Skills :
- Strong experience with construction project management tools such as Procore and Bluebeam.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in requirements management and scope management techniques.
- Exceptional leadership abilities with a proven track record of successfully leading teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, effectively interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
- Comfortable reading and understanding blueprints.
- Ability to budget, schedule, negotiate, and control project costs.
- Must have experience in sheet metal or mechanical work.
