Associate Art Director

A company is looking for an Associate Art Director for Baby / Toddler / Kids (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Support the conceptual development and execution of seasonal editorial campaigns

Lead the planning and execution of seasonal photoshoots, including creating necessary creative briefs

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling and visual content

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Design, Photography, Advertising, or related experience

4+ years of art direction experience in fashion retail or a related industry

On-set photoshoot experience, including directing and managing location sets

Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, Capture One, Keynote, and Mural programs

Experience managing and collaborating with large cross-functional teams
