As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Ryan Ostrander - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency.

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist clients with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
