One of our divisions EF Languages Abroad is a premier provider of immersive language learning experiences, dedicated to helping students and professionals of all ages achieve fluency in a foreign language while exploring the world.

We are looking to add an ambitious and excited marketer who is ready to take the next step in their career. As an Associate Director of Marketing , you will help drive the strategy and execution of our marketing efforts and help to increase enrollments and our presence across the globe.

On this small entrepreneurial team, you will work directly alongside the VP to ideate, strategize, and execute on marketing these programs both externally, and internally.

You will support how EF Language Abroad is communicated, understood, and represented across the organization. This is a hands-on role where you will have very limited red tape, and lots of runway to get creative, make decisions, and learn by doing.

What you’ll do :

As an Associate Director of Marketing, you will represent the brand and help our potential students and customers understand the value of enrolling in our courses.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on one of our core businesses. Each day could include the following responsibilities :

  • Build your village of people to truly understand the meaning and brand of our EF Language Abroad campuses, starting with the VP.
  • Manage effective strategy and execution across the marketing suite.
  • Own integrated campaigns from end to end, including ideation, planning, execution, deployment, and analysis across a variety of channels (including but not limited to paid digital, email, web, content, social media, SEO, print and outdoor, advertorial, partnerships, and events).
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance data.
  • Using such data to present ideas and make decisions on marketing investments with the customer in the middle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align initiatives with business objectives.
  • Develop and refine customer segmentation strategies based on behavior and engagement metrics, ensuring personalized messaging that resonates with different audience segments.

Who you are : You are a dedicated marketer who is eager to learn and grow. You can flex between strategy and execution. You’re a strategic, customer-obsessed professional with a deep understanding of relationship marketing including CRM principles, data analysis, lead generation, and content creation.

You’re passionate about cultivating strong relationships across the business and understanding our unique product of language learning.

In support of our mission to open the world through education, you know how to translate that understanding into an optimal customer experience that drives retention.

You are a hands-on team player who is fearless and lives up to our value that nothing is impossible . Skills & Qualifications :

  • 5+ years experience working in marketing roles where you had responsibility for lead generation, social media, customer communications, content creation and / or web experiences.
  • Solution-oriented and systems-focused, always thinking about how to solve a problem.
  • Able to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Highly adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Experience operating in a test-and-learn culture, driving constant iterative improvements to the customer experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Requirements :

  • Broad understanding of business-to-business and direct-to-consumer sales
  • Experience working across web, email, SMS, content creation
  • Proficient in Wrike, SharePoint, BrandFolder, Confluence and / or similar project management software
