Salary : $23 to $31 per hour
Job Description :
As a Junior Account Representative at Seronda Network, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, supporting account activities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a keen interest in developing their career in account management.
Responsibilities :
- Assist in managing and nurturing client accounts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing support.
- Collaborate with senior account managers to develop and implement strategies to meet client needs.
- Monitor account performance and ensure that clients' expectations are met.
- Prepare reports on account activity and progress.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or expanding services within existing accounts.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM software is a plus.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
