Customer Service Rep II (Global Manufacturing)

Job Summary & Responsibilities

Rebalancing parts between 3PL and regions for CSAT- 25%

o Work with supply chain re-balance parts to move inventory to 3PL

o Manage and maintain WW 3PL locations to support goal @ 95% lines with stock (LWS)

o Perform transactions accordingly to rebalance inventory.

Entering routine sales orders and return material authorizations (RMA) orders 10%

Processing inquiries / requests from customers, ONTO Field Organization and branch offices which may or may not be routine in nature 10%

Provide quotations for price and availability of spare parts to customers and FSE’s 10%

Provide service coordination with MFG. 10%

o Sending requests for service parts to manufacturing for emergency shipments

o (Service Planning) When necessary, print pick list, pick parts, and provide parts and shipping details to shipping personnel

Expedite and prioritize parts from manufacturing for emergency shipments 10%

Maintain / update Installation and service records databases 5%

Service Contract Administration 10%

Assist on special projects 10%

Qualifications

Education & Experience :

Bachelors or Associates Degree in Business or related field

3 years related experience and / or training or equivalent combination of education and experience in spares planning, customer service, logistics.

Ability to work remotely and independently from corporate office.
