About The Position
Weekly Pay Range - $1359 To $1510 Job Title : Speech Language Pathologist Job Specialty : Home Health Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Days - 8 hours per day, 20 hours per week Guaranteed Hours : 20 hours per week Experience : Home health experience preferred License : License details not provided Certifications : Certifications details not provided Must-Have : Must meet minimum productivity expectation of 15 points per week Job Description : - Provide specialized speech and language therapy to clients in their homes.
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders.- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create comprehensive individual care plans.
- Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.- Educate patients and their families on communication strategies and techniques.
- Travel within assigned territories, Orange and Sienna, as outlined on the territory map.- Maintain up-to-date patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the home health environment.
