We're seeking a Production Engineer to play a pivotal role in the expansion of our operations. Situated in a brand-new facility, this role offers a unique opportunity for a dynamic engineer to leave their mark.

In addition, well-developed interpersonal skills, both written and verbal will be essential. Working as a Production Engineer it is important that you are capable of effectively managing changing priorities, are self-motivated and thrive in an extremely fast paced environment.

You must understand lean manufacturing principals, have a high level of mechanical aptitude, be a strong proponent of continuous change and enjoy spending time on the production floor.

This is a hands on engineering position.

Responsibilities :

Be responsible for implementing and maintaining high safety standards

Maintain processes and product to established Quality Control standards

Ability to analyze and resolve problems

Ability to propose and implement new processes and process improvements with minimal guidance

Project management

Provide input and implementation of standard operating procedures

Implement lean principles such as takt times, visual management

Be a positive change agent for production processes

Liaison between design engineering and production

Serving as a technical resource to production staff, customers and sales

Working hours : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Qualifications :

Bachelor???s degree in engineering from an accredited university (Mechanical or Industrial / Manufacturing Engineering preferred, but other concentrations will be considered for the right candidate)

Three to ten years of manufacturing experience required

Ability to read, write and understand English

Ability to travel internationally
