Based in Pearland, TX, you will provide total support to sales representatives and their customers by providing technical support, pre-sale, and post-sales activities.
In this position, you will partner with customers to make the world healthier, safer, and balanced! In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be :
- Provide full customer service and order management.
- Take ownership to understand the customer's needs.
- Efficiently offer product alternatives for customers based on clear application requirements to meet customer and support sales objectives best.
- Act as an information resource for Field Sales Representatives.
- Improve the scope of supply.
- Review incoming order requests.
- Identify opportunities for expanding the sale through additional options and complimentary products.
- Represent Rosemount policies and practices properly within a variety of communication channels to customers. For This Role, You Will Need :
- Associate's Degree
- Three (3) years of related experience
