Pittsburgh (Gibsonia) area company in need of a part-time candidate to support their sales group.
Duties to include :
- Prepare related correspondence and documentation
- Scheduling and calendar management
- Track shipments and monitor delivery schedules
- Provide general assistance to clients (via phone / email) as needed
- Additional general office duties as required
Requirements :
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient MSWord and Outlook skills
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Previous customer service / inside sales support experience a plus
- Team player willing to help where needed
NOTE : This is a part-time position...20-30 hours per week.
