Are you looking to break into the insurance industry? Great, your base salary will start at $30,000 and first year commissions are expected to be around $20,000
Are you an experienced veteran looking for a change of scenery? Your base salary can start at $40,000 to $50,000 and our top earners made $35,000 in commission last year.

Responsibilities
- Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their insurance needs
- Offer comprehensive insurance solutions tailored to clients' unique requirements
- Educate clients about insurance products and coverage options
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and trust
- Attend networking events and actively seek out new business opportunities
Requirements
- Active insurance license in Louisiana required
- Previous experience in insurance sales or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented mindset and a desire to provide exceptional service
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Microsoft Office experience & Basic Computer Knowledge
- Ability to multitask
