About The Position
Job Title : Cath Lab Tech Job Specialty : Radiology / Cardiology Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Day 4x9.5-Hour (07 : 00 - 16 : 30) Guaranteed Hours : Not specified Experience : Minimum of 2 years required;
must have 1 prior travel assignment License : Valid state license required at time of submission; specifics depend on location Certifications : BLS, ACLS, RCIS, or RT Must-Have : Flu vaccine is required with no exemptions- Two (2) Supervisor references Job Description : Perform interventional cath, cardiac stent placement, scrub, right & left heart catheterization- Conduct procedures including Rotablader, thrombectomy, stents, PCI, PTCA, and balloon angioplasty- Must function efficiently in a high-paced environment and be a team player- Experience with Cerner, acute monitoring, room circulating, ACIST, Watchman Procedures, Impella insertion, and TAVI / TAVR preferred- On-call shifts required : One call shift during the weekdays and 3-24 hour weekend call shifts per month, along with 1-2 on-call shifts per week- Scrubs provided by the facility- Complete orientation involving 28 hours (50% non-billable)- Modules to be completed pre-start and potentially during orientation, with an average of 12 hours*Note : This job description is a summarized version for posting on career sites and may not include all the original details.*
