The Retail Sales Associate will greet and welcome members and guests, and sell retail products and services in a friendly and helpful manner. Core Responsibilities :

• Perform department opening and closing procedures, maintain overall cleanliness and organization of the pro shop, and respond to daily email and voicemail to help maintain effective guest relations
• Assist with merchandise management including : shipping guest purchases, receiving, pricing, stocking retail merchandise, and conducting inventory
• Generate revenue by maximizing sales opportunities, answer questions and offer suggestions based on available merchandise and services
