Job Description :
This role will manage a book of general and habitational (condo) accounts. Servicing accounts and providing client support.
Responsibilities include process insurance policies, certificates, and endorsements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
Communicate with clients and insurance carriers to resolve issues and answer questions. Provide administrative support as needed.
Requirements :
440 or 220 insurance license
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Attention to detail and accuracy
2+ years of commercial experience in the insurance industry
AMS 360 experience and plus
Working Conditions :
Hybrid or REMOTE if in Florida, but outside tri-county.
