RF Field Applications Engineer
Responsibilities :
Provide field applications support to customers for Wireless RF, Microwave & High-Speed Communication products. Technical champion in signal chain of communication wireless applications in Sales / FAE team.
Understanding and disseminating Customers' system needs; Support customers projects with system knowledge, on-site trouble shooting, drive technology discussions with a focus on maximizing share, forming deep customer relationships, and driving exemplary customer satisfaction.
Collect customer's technical requirements and macro trend of the application, report the new products idea to BU for product / solution definition;
Developing and proposing new products to Product Lines to fill customers' new needs.
Qualifications :
More than 3-year R&D experience in communication wireless base station industry. Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering.
System level knowledge of some of them : 3G / 4G Macro / Micro BTS, 3G / 4G Multi-carrier Picocells, Femtocell and small Cells, FDD and TDD Active Antenna Systems;
FPGA related experience is an advantage.
Solid knowledge in Broad RF, Microwave, high-speed converters and mixed signal circuit applications / design at the board / system level.
Experience in ADS, MATLAB, and software programming ability.
Strong problem-solving and technical skills, with ability to work as a team and build relationships with all the stake holders.
