Medicare Inside Sales Agent
A company is looking for an Inside Sales Agent responsible for handling inquiries and conducting sales presentations for Medicare programs.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage inbound and outbound calls to prospective members and handle web inquiriesPresent plan options to prospective members and follow up on sales leads to achieve enrollment targetsMaintain knowledge of competitor health insurance plans and assist in distributing leads to outside sales representativesRequired Qualifications and EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent required;
Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferredMinimum one year of experience in a call center environment or a Bachelor's Degree in place of experienceActive, valid, and unrestricted State Life, Health & Disability license for states represented or ability to obtain within 90 days of hireFor Medicare : Active, valid, and unrestricted State Life, Health & Disability license or ability to obtain within 45 days of hire
