Types of Cases : OB, general surgery, limited Ortho / Urology, plastic surgery, GI

Credentialing : 90 days Minimum Requirements

Board Certified Anesthesiology, new grads considered

Licensure : Active Illinois license required or IMLC with LOQ in hand
