- BC required
- Weekdays, Weekends, Days, 7 on / 7 off
- ACLS and BLS required
- More than 7 patients per day, mix of adult (90%) and peds (10%)
- Must have acute care surgery experience and be first assist
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
