Position : English Language Arts (ELA) Teacher
Location : Independence, OR
Blazer Jobs is partnering with a school in Independence, OR to fill the position of an English Language Arts (ELA) Teacher.
We are seeking a qualified and dedicated professional to join our team.
Job Responsibilities :
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all students.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Assess student progress and provide timely feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum and instructional strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and behavior.
Requirements :
- Bachelor s degree in Education or related field.
- Oregon Teaching License with ELA endorsement.
- Strong knowledge of ELA curriculum and instructional best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Professional references required.
