About The Position
Job Title : Respiratory Therapist Job Specialty : Respiratory Therapy Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : 12-hour Night Shifts (NOC) Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours per week Experience : Not specified License : GA License required Certifications : BLS, ACLS Must-Have : - Experience with average 5 ventilators and 2-3 tracheostomy patients - Proficiency with V200 vents, PB 840 vents, V60 bipaps Job Description : - Manage and care for patients with respiratory failure on ventilators - Provide post-operative respiratory care - Care for patients with COPD, CAD, and CVA - Use the Sunrise charting system - May be required to float to other respiratory therapy departments within the health system - Adhere to dress code : ceil blue scrubs Additional Information : - Orientation hours are available with a multiplier of 0.
