Role Overview :
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in shaping the client experience and contributing to the growth of our agency.
Your proactive approach and dedication to customer satisfaction will help us maintain and build strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Client Relationships : Establish and nurture positive relationships with clients, providing prompt, accurate, and friendly service.
- Service Excellence : Address inquiries about insurance availability, coverage, policy changes, claims, and billing with exceptional accuracy and clarity.
- Education : Conduct needs-based reviews to educate clients about insurance options, ensuring they make informed decisions about their coverage.
Key Requirements :
- Licensing : Ability to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health Licenses.
- Skills : Excellent written, verbal, and auditory communication skills; detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving.
- Experience : Prior experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous.
- Technical Proficiency : Comfortable with various computer applications, particularly Windows.
- Motivation : Self-motivated, with a strong commitment to customer service.
- Languages : Must be bilingual English / Spanish
