Healthcare Call Center Representative
Duration : 6-month contract - extensions, or conversion possible for candidates who are interested and reliable
Pay Rate : $23 / HR
Location
Onsite for training in Beverly Hills, CA, then FULLY REMOTE!
Training (first 2-3 months)
- Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm no schedule accommodations / exceptions
- 100% Onsite in Beverly Hills, CA
- Once an employee passes all training modules they can be cleared for fully remote work. This can take an employee up to 12 weeks, however we have seen that those with experience do tend to complete all training in about 8 weeks.
Regular Schedule Once Remote :
Monday to Friday, 5x8s, between 7am-7 : 15pm They must be able to work any time in between you will know their set shift after training is completed, some flexibility / preferences are taken into consideration.

Insight Global is working with Cedar Sinai to fill Patient Access Representatives within a call center environment in the Beverly Hills, CA area.
This person will be responsible for handling about 50+ calls per day for multiple primary care offices across Southern California.
The job responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Answering incoming patient calls
- Triaging patients
- Providing directions / parking instructions
- Contacting clinic facility to notify if a patient is running late
- Scheduling and rescheduling patients' appointments
- Verifying insurances
- Assisting with referrals / follow up care.
Job Requirements
- Ability to go onsite to Beverly Hills, CA for first 2-3 months of training Monday-Friday 8am-5pm SCHEDULE IS VERY STRICT, NO ACCOMADATIONS FOR TRAINING
- HS Diploma or GED
- 1-2 Years of experience within a Healthcare Call Center or equivalent environment
- Epic Experience is preferred but not required
