Must be able to commit to first two weeks full time training M-F 8a-4 : 30p

Week 1 : Sunday 8 : 45a-9 : 15p, Saturday 6 : 30a-7p
Week 2 : Sunday 6 : 30a-7p, Friday 8 : 45a-9 : 15p
Week 3 : Friday 6 : 30a-7p, Saturday 8 : 45a-9 : 15p

Position Summary :
Patient Access Representative works in a collaborative environment to deliver excellent patient customer service.
What a Patient Access Representative will do :
- Greet all patients, verifies insurance eligibility and obtains accurate records.
- Facilitates patient throughout, by collecting co-payments, obtaining signatures and making updates on patient charts.
- Administrative duties including revenue cycles and maintaining schedules.
What a Patient access representative will need :
- High school diploma and preferred Associates degree in healthcare related areas.
- Preferred two years of experience in a medical setting.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, knowledge of health care plans.
- Strong Written and verbal communication skills.
