Nurse Manager - DAY SHIFT - Behavioral Health Adult 1

SUMMARY OF POSITION

Plan, manage, or coordinate the Nursing operations within the organization. Manages the work efforts of supervisors and / or individual contributors.

Makes decisions based on unit objectives, as well as company policies and procedures.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S) :

• Associate's Degree in Nursing
• Four (4) years of related experience required
• Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse by state of employment or holds a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact.
• Act 31 training completion required within 45 days of hire.
