Unarmed Security Officer-Flex Full Time
Duties and responsibilities included but not limited to :
- Maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees while providing general Unarmed security duties to our clients.
- Promote safety by being alert to observe, correct, and report any hazards.
- Understand and comply with Prosegur and Client requirements, as well as specific post instructions.
- Participate in training and become familiar with general safety procedures.
- Interact with clients, visitors, employees, and the public in a professional manner.
- This position will require you to be customer service oriented and have basic to intermediate computer skills, as well as effective written and oral communication skills.
- You must be able to perform routine foot patrols, moderate lifting, and work in all-weather elements as an Unarmed Security Officer.
- Respond to any calls from the operator requesting a shift to be covered from little to no notice.
- Must be able to cross-train in various locations for any coverage needed, learning different SOP’s and specific site instructions.
- The hourly wage starts at $16 an hour.

Qualifications we are looking for :
- 21+ years of age
- Must have at least 1 year of security experience.
- Retail Exp preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license
- Capable of following complex instructions
- Must have availability for schedules proposed by the operator to fill vacancies, call-offs, and PTO requests.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Willingness to participate in the company's screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
- Knowledge of security operations and procedures .
- Must be willing to work at all sites in the surrounding areas.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be available for all shifts as this is an on-call position.
