About The Position
Job Title : MRI Technician Job Specialty : MRI Technician Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Mid - 5x8 - 1 : 00 PM - 9 : 00 PM - 40 hours per week Guaranteed Hours : To be discussed during the hiring process Experience : Minimum years of experience required License : Required for MRI Technician position Certifications : ARRT certification required Must-Have : ARRT certification, appropriate licensure, and relevant experience Job Description : Operate MRI equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images.
- Prepare and position patients for MRI procedures, ensuring their safety and comfort.- Review and analyze images to provide accurate diagnostic assistance to physicians.
- Maintain equipment by ensuring clean and proper function, reporting any technical issues.- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure patient and staff safety.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to discuss imaging results and any necessary follow-up actions.- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to privacy regulations.
- Document all relevant patient and procedure information accurately.- Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities.
