Position : Residential Rehabilitation Assistant

At David’s Loft Clinical Programs, we owe our success to people and processes. A Residential Rehabilitation Assistant is a supportive force behind both, and we are currently seeking someone exceptional to take the helm.
The ideal candidate shall aid the support of vulnerable adults day-to- day programs including program activities. This individual will be responsible for providing support, maintaining safety, and documenting client care while in rehabilitation housing.
The candidate should also have experience working with individuals of mental illness, substance use disorder, and / or individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorder.
An ability to multitask, manage and be detail oriented is essential to the position.
Status : Non-Exempt
Responsibilities :
- Provide Rehabilitation Services in a residential setting to adult patients with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders
- Adhere to state, local and federal regulations.
- Take necessary action in emergencies in accordance with the agency policy and procedures.
- Provide mentorship and assistance to people enrolled in the residential program including group activities as well as 1 : 1 individual time with clients
- Monitor medications as required by persons’ treatment plans or doctor’s order
- Ensure treatment participants are engaged in treatment and following treatment schedule
- Monitor and supervise daily activities
- Document resident progress and behavior, keeping detailed records.
- Perform administrative tasks as necessary
- Participate in ongoing training as required.
- Conduct assessments and provide feedback to client, client family and medical department.
- Ensure individuals served are receiving excellent support and care at all times.
- Other duties as assigned by CEO to align with DLCP mission, values and vision
Requirements and Qualifications :
- Proven experience working with vulnerable adults
- Certified Peer Recovery Specialist required or obtained within 90 days of employment
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in teams and collaborate

Program Director, Operations Manager
Physical Capacity :
Must be able to sit and stand for 20 minutes and lift at least 10 lbs.
