Responsibilities :

Join in BrandSafway’s leading safety culture by ensuring projects are run utilizing our life saving rules and health and safety are first priority

Work with admin team and construction team to provide information to customers and resolve billing disputes

Work with Cash Applications team to post customer payments timely and accurately

Ability to read customer contracts to help resolve billing disputes and provide customers with requests

File and maintain Lien rights on all projects (Notice to owner, lien filings, etc.)

Perform other general admin duties as needed

Qualifications :

High School Diploma required, Associates degree preferred

1 to 3 years of office admin experience preferably in construction industry

Collections experience preferred

Must have strong Excel experience (formulas, links, pivot tables and charts)

Experience with Lien filings and maintenance preferred

Excellent oral and written communication and ability to effectively communicate with employees, customers,

and personnel at other branch offices and Corporate

Ability to process complex time sensitive data and information from multiple sources, make decisions based on

this data, and effectively communicate the related required actions to customers and staff

Experience / working with pay apps and pay portals
