In this role, you will provide direct care and support to individuals in need, including those with intellectual disabilities.
You will assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, while also maintaining accurate documentation of care provided and any changes in behavior or health status.
Additionally, you will serve as an advocate for resident rights, ensuring their dignity and privacy are always respected.
