DUTIES AND TASKS

As a Certified Accountability Coach, you'll deliver personalized coaching and goal-setting standards to clients either one-on-one or one-on-two.

This instruction is delivered directly at clients' homes, apartment gyms, outdoor locations, or at the clients preferred location for the accountability session.

Your role is to educate and guide them to achieve their health objectives. Your key responsibilities include :

• Customize client accountability programs based on the Initial Assessment
• Conduct regular accountability / coaching sessions with assigned clients
• Review progress with clients, discuss challenges, and provide encouragement and support
• Personalize action plans with specific milestones and deadlines to help clients make progress towards their goals.
• Manage client session appointments using Company's scheduling system
• Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate client appointments
• Ensure the completion of assigned client(s) accountability program(s)
• Ensure client(s) fitness goals are met

QUALIFICATIONS

• Certified Coach credential (e.g., ICF, IAC, or equivalent)
• Bachelor's or higher or in Psychology, Counseling, Coaching, or related field.
• CPR / AED Certification from an accredited organization
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• 1-3 years of experience in coaching training
• Excellent verbal, technical, and written communication skills
• Empathetic, compassionate, and supportive approach to coaching
• Proficient in goal setting, action planning, and progress tracking methodologies.
• Ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs. and perform athletic calisthenics duties
• Reliable transportation
