Help Desk Technician
Location : Onsite - Colorado Springs, CO
Job Pay Range : $20.00-$22.00 per hour
Job Summary :
As a member of the Information Systems team, this role will be the first level support for all PCs, Printers, Thin Clients, Point of Sale Terminals, and all applications
Perform required installs, configurations, and maintenance of applications on PCs
Provide computer support to system users and customers.

Understand the company's general business functions and a conceptual understanding of each unit's activities
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedure(s)
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Ability to interpret a variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form
- Possess or Obtain CompTIA A+ certification and obtain Network+ or Security+ certification within 1st six months of employment
