Requirements :
U.S. Work Authorization
ASHA certified
Mandatory Licensure :
State licensure in FLand must be up to date
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Responsibilities :
SLPs will assess and evaluate students to determine their speech, language, and communication abilities. They conduct screenings and comprehensive evaluations to identify disorders or delays.
Based on their assessments, SLPs will develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's specific needs. These plans aim to improve speech and language skills, as well as communication abilities.
SLPs will work closely with teachers and parents to coordinate efforts and support the student's development across different environments (e.
g., classroom, home). They will provide strategies and recommendations to help integrate speech and language goals into daily activities.
Hours : Monday to Friday / Full-time
Work Location : In-person / On-Site
