About The Position
Weekly Pay Range - $2099 To $2332Job Title : Respiratory TherapistJob Specialty : Respiratory TherapyJob Duration : 13 weeksShift : 08 : 00 AM - 05 : 00 PMGuaranteed Hours : 36-40 hours per weekExperience : Minimum of 2 yearsLicense : California LicenseCertifications : RequiredMust-Have : Acute Rehab or Acute Care experienceJob Description : - Join a state-of-the-art, 52-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital.
- Provide specialized treatment to patients recovering from severe injuries or illnesses.- Customize and deliver intense rehabilitation programs tailored to individual patient needs.
- Work with patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury.
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals, including speech therapists and occupational therapists.- Participate in a weekend rotation every 2-3 weekends for OT and SLP.
- Maintain patient ratios of 4-5 patients per day, delivering 6 hours of treatment time per day.- Utilize Cerner Electronic Health Records (EHR) system for patient documentation.
- Engage with a diverse patient population, including individuals with TBI, SCI, and Ortho Trauma. - Report for duty at 8 : 00 AM and inquire for the supervisor upon arrival.
First Day Instructions : Arrive at 8 : 00 AM and ask for the supervisor upon arrival. There is no specific scrub color requirement.
