Mail SorterThe Job Center is Hiring for associates on 3rd shift for Mail Sorters in the City of Grand Prairie, TX area. This is a great opportunity for a temp to hire placement.
Compensation / Shift / Benefits of Mail Sorter$17.50 an hourTuesday-Saturday 12 : 30am-8 : 30am (with some Weekends )Benefits include : Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTOEligibility for the Work and Win Program Rent / Mortgage paid for a yearResponsibilities of Mail SorterPrepare outgoing metered mail by reviewing proper date, postage and barcodesCommunicate errors and recognize bad barcodes found in the mailTroubleshoot and remove mail piece jams from machinePerform all additional duties as required.
Requirements of Mail SorterCompliant Background Basic enough understanding of English to be able to understand and follow safety and other operational directions communicated in English, irrespective of their native languageThe ability to work overtime which includes weekends, holidays and or a different shift with little or potential no advance noticeThe ability to be dependable and reliable.
