About The Position
Job Title : Physical Therapist Job Specialty : Rehabilitation Therapy Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Monday-Friday, Days Guaranteed Hours : 32 hours per week Experience : New graduates are welcome;
SNF experience preferred License : State license verification required Certifications : Not specified Must-Have : Completed prescreen documentation- Attached resume and license verification- Covid test 72 hours prior to start date, with results issued 48 hours prior Job Description : Ensure prescreen is completed and attached upon submitting your application.
- Attach resume and license verification for consideration.- Provide three references.- Complete the following background and verification checks : - County criminal check (7 years for all counties lived and worked) - Federal criminal check (7 years or more) - Multi-state criminal search (7 years or more) - Nationwide sex offender search (7 years or more) - HHS / OIG search - GSA search - Social Security number trace - 1-step PPD or Quantiferon or proof of positive PPD and chest X-ray - SAM search - CORI Massachusetts background check- Complete 8 hours of dementia training.
- No holiday coverage required.This position offers a normal urgency for application processing. The experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred, and bilingual skills are not required.
