Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties :
- Hiring and training all front of the house service employees for Seasons Buffet
- Scheduling and assigning work stations to all service employees
- Coaching and developing the staff
- Maintaining established service standards Seasons Buffet
- Conducting regular meetings with the staff
- Reviewing and evaluating the staff performance in a timely manner
- Maintaining staff guidelines for department
- Developing good working relations with other departments
- Maintaining Seasons Buffet in compliance with the health department code
- Accountable for P&L results in the Seasons Buffet
- Manages and supervises supervisors
- Manages and supervises service employees
- Scheduling service staff
- Follows up and enforcing the service standards in the Seasons Buffet
- Coaching and teaching restaurant staff
- Conducting daily pre-shift and monthly departmental meetings
- Communicating all policies and procedures to the staff
- Insuring a safe working environment for the staff
- Other related duties including but not limited to complying with the following; Colorado Limited Gaming Act, Colorado Gaming Rules and Regulations, Colorado Internal Control Minimum Procedures, Colorado Liquor and Beer Codes, Federal requirements for Anti-Money Laundering, Company Policies, and IRS reporting
Skills, Education and Other Requirements
- Must be able to read, speak and write in English
- Must be able to read, interpret and analyze a financial and / or legal document
- Must have strong communication skill.
- Must possess basic mathematical reasoning
- Must have basic knowledge of computer applications (windows, word, excel)
- Business, Food Service Graduate or Equivalent Work Experience
- Knowledge of food and liquor
- 3+ years experience in a high volume restaurant management
- 3+ years previous management experience
- A valid Colorado Gaming License
- Identification that establishes identity
- Identification that establishes the right to work in the United States
