We are looking for a dedicated Home Health Aide to join our team! In this role, you will provide essential healthcare services to patients in their homes or care facilities.
Responsibilities :
- Deliver routine personalized care to the elderly, convalescents, or individuals with disabilities
- Monitor and report any changes in patient health status
- Assist patients with personal care tasks, such as bathing and dressing
- Administer specialized healthcare, including medication administration and bandage changes
- Educate family members on how to care for the patient effectively
Qualifications :
- Experience in hospice, home health, or related fields
- Positive and patient-oriented attitude
- Strong ability to build rapport with patients
- Capability to handle physical tasks associated with the job
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
