Title : Customer Service Representative II

Locations : 300 Colonial Center Pkwy, Lake Mary, FL - 32746

Duration : Long-term potential contract to hire

Pay Range : ($23 - $25) / hr. on W2 without benefits. The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Training start time / schedule? - Mon-Fri 8 am - 4 : 30 pm; Day#1 9 am start time

Schedule after training? Start & End times range between 8 am - 8 pm

Job Description :

Provide quality customer service and support to client Customer Service Department on a daily basis, including phone interaction, problem resolution, and account transaction processing in a timely manner.

Provide product knowledge and technical assistance as necessary. Respond to customer inquiries. Enter information in a computerized database.

Communicate any problems or issues to management. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Good verbal and written communication skills. A professional and courteous manner when interfacing with all internal and external customers is required.

Good customer service, interpersonal, computer, typing, and telephone skills.
