This position is on-site in Pensacola, FL.

The Senior Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring the quality of membrane products through setting inspection processes, implementing quality control measures and identifying improvement areas. Additionally, the Senior Quality Engineer addresses customer complaints, resolves production quality issues, collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify root causes, and drives continuous improvements to deliver high-quality products. They also support new product introduction projects.

This position reports to the Sr. Quality Engineer Team Leader and is part of the Quality Engineering Team in Pensacola, FL.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and correct root causes of product failures occurring in the field.
• Ensure design control process compliance throughout the product lifecycle and deliver training on quality processes guiding colleagues and team members as required.
• Guide and support product risk management processes.
• Establish, maintain, monitor QMS process performance with data analysis and lead quality improvement projects from the system level.
• Responsible for issuing or reviewing and approving validation documents.
