Tax Supervisor
Responsibilities :
- Build and secure new client relationships
- Review returns for individual and corporate tax clients including federal, foreign and state and local
- Manage federal and state tax audits
- Research and consult on complex tax issues
- Organize and plan individual jobs
- Supervising the work of others
Qualifications :
- 4years of recent taxexperience
- CPA preferred, but not required.
- Strong team management skills - the ability to lead, motivate, and coach teams of people.
- Demonstrated ability and presence as a role model for other staff and professionals, including as a result of professional and technical reputation.
- Experience in one or more specialized areas / industries
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required
- Strong corporate tax background and technical skills
- Effectively establish workload priorities
- Able to analyze complex matters.
- Possess demonstrated success with consulting with and for clients on a broad range of tax matters
