Job Summary :
As a Door-to-Door Sales Representative , you will play a key role in expanding our client base and promoting our medical laboratory services.
Your primary responsibility will be to engage with healthcare professionals, clinics, and other potential clients to communicate the benefits of our laboratory services and secure new business opportunities.
Responsibilities :
- Prospecting and Lead Generation :
- Identify and target healthcare professionals, clinics, and other potential clients within the designated sales territory.
- Generate leads through various channels, including market research and networking.
- Sales Presentations :
- Conduct compelling and informative presentations about our medical laboratory services, emphasizing the unique value proposition.
- Address client inquiries and concerns effectively, providing accurate and up-to-date information.
- Relationship Building :
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the healthcare industry.
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and tailoring solutions to meet those needs.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential clients.
- Reporting and Documentation :
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends.
- Provide regular reports to the sales manager on sales performance and market feedback.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in door-to-door sales, preferably in the healthcare or medical services industry is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of medical laboratory services and healthcare industry trends is a plus.
- MUST speak Spanish
Education and Experience :
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in door-to-door sales.
