Commercial HVAC Technician
Job Description
We are seeking skilled and experienced Commercial HVAC Technicians for various opportunities in the Nashville, TN area. As a Commercial HVAC Technician, your primary responsibility will be the maintenance, repair, and servicing of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial settings.

- Proficiency in commercial HVAC systems and associated repair and maintenance processes
- Competency in using specialized equipment, materials, and tools for HVAC servicing
- Dedication to adhering to safety protocols and effective teamwork
- Ability to work independently and efficiently to address service calls and maintenance tasks
- Consistent attendance and reliability
- Minimum age requirement : 18+
Here's what you'll be doing :
- Diagnose and resolve issues within commercial HVAC systems
- Perform routine maintenance and servicing of HVAC units and components
- Conduct tests and inspections to ensure proper functionality and compliance
- Adhere to safety standards, including compliance with OSHA regulations
- Recommend and implement upgrades or replacements of HVAC components
- Document HVAC issues and completed work, preparing detailed reports
- Coordinate and order necessary HVAC materials and components for repairs and maintenance
