Key ResponsibilitiesProvide excellent service within the call center for retirement savings accountsProcess contribution changes, loans, withdrawals, and general account changesCommunicate critical plan updates and changes to customersRequired Qualifications and EducationAvailability to work a 40-hour week, including occasional SaturdaysAssociate's degree or higher AND at least one year of customer service experience, or two or more years of customer service experienceCapability to work overtime as required based on business needsFluency in both English and Spanish is preferredFINRA Series 6 and 63 or higher equivalent licensure is a plus
