About The Position
- Requirements : Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Schedule : Monday- Friday 8am to 5pm
There will be full time clinic coverage. The assignment is 3 to 4 months. The provider needs to have an active Arizona license and have a clean background to be considered.
- Dates needed : ASAP to 4 months
- Assignment Type : Outpatient Family Medicine coverage, must see all ages
- No APP supervision
- Shift Type : Outpatient
- Patient Type : Combination of of both scheduled and walk in patients. 20-26 patients per shift
