Our AT&T Account Managers work to increase understanding of new products and services among those in our local region by direct contact with consumers.
Being an AT&T Account Manager involves more than the acquisition and sales process. We provide entry-level training on technology usage, consumer relations, product and service knowledge, and market preferences for you to utilize in customer interactions.
Our partners at AT&T take the guesswork out of the initial process by administering pre-qualified leads and sharing insight on sales discounts and services for local neighborhoods.
This head start helps to guide you and fellow AT&T Account Managers when developing daily or weekly sales plans. AT&T Account Manager Responsibilities : Assist senior account managers in building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Participate in sales presentations and meetings with clients to showcase our clients products / services and value proposition.
Help develop sales strategies and proposals to meet client objectives and drive revenue growth. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and professional development.
Continuously seek opportunities to learn and grow within the sales and business development field. AT&T Account Manager Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience) preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities. Self-motivated and eager to learn. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Previous experience in sales, account management, or business development is a plus.
