- $500 Travel Reimbursement n nUnit L&D / PP / MB n# of L&D Beds 11 and 7 antepartum / high risk beds n# of OR Suites 2 n# of triage beds 3 n# of Postpartum beds 24 n# of births per day, per year 4000 nDo ratios follow AWHONN guidelines to the best of our ability nRequired Certifications ACLS, NRP, BLS required and RNC preferred nCommon diagnoses / Types of patients Pre eclampsia (hypertensive disorders), gestational and insulin dependent diabetes, high BMI, multiples, pre term labor, AMA, substance abuse disorders nExperience or 'Must have' skills High Risk OB / Triage / OR circulating, surgical admission and recovery nAre RNs required to titrate drips yes nCommon titratable & / or set rate drips Pitocin and Insulin nCharge Nurse / House Supervisor Charge nurse nAre there nurse aids / surgical techs on this unit CNAs and Surgical techs nOB / Neonatologist in house 24 / 7 OBHG in house 24 / 7 Neo or NICU Adv.
