Job Title : Training Specialist
Duration : 09 / 06 / 2024 to 12 / 31 / 2024
Shift : 9am-5pm
Location : Scarborough, ME 04074
- Delivers both standard and custom computer based training classes.
- Examines training delivery methodologies and implement / establish new techniques as appropriate.
- Modifies the training to meet objectives; designs measures to evaluate outcomes and assess training effectiveness.
- Selects training appropriate to address the identified issues.
- Evaluate the technical skills needed to meet business needs and objectives.
- Collects and analyzes data, reviews literature and seminars, recommends options based on research, prepare written and oral reports.
- Assure all training efforts within assigned area are in compliance to governmental regulatory requirements and divisional and site training requirements.
- BS or BA minimum education requirement with at least 2 years’ experience in technical training.
- Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.
- Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client’s business needs and requirements.
