Pay Information
$450 to $550 per hour
About The Position
We are seeking a Hematology / Oncology physician to join our healthcare team on a locum tenens basis. Our outpatient practice in North Carolina offers a unique opportunity to work alongside a dedicated team of healthcare professionals!
Practice Setting (Outpatient)
- Support staff includes 2 other MDs, 1 Radiation Oncologist, 3 APPs, nurses, nurse and financial navigators, pharmacy, lab, and PET Scan
- 16 onsite infusion chairs
- Charting : Epic
Cases and Procedures
- Full scope Hematology and Oncology, with a slight emphasis on Hematology
- Average of 10-16 patients per day with flexibility
- 7 clinic hours and 1 administrative hour daily
- No procedures required
Schedule
- Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
- Up to full-time, ongoing assignment
- Courtesy phone call rotation (1 : 3), with minimal after-hours calls
Requirements
- Board-certified in Hematology / Oncology
- North Carolina medical license
- BLS and DEA certifications
