Litigation Attorney – Silicon Valley - Hybrid (1 day in office)

A leading national full-service business law firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join its CA team. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex commercial litigation matters, including general liability, contract disputes, construction law, and other business-related claims.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage all phases of commercial and defense litigation, including discovery, depositions, motions, and trial preparation
  • Handle disputes involving contracts, business relationships, construction projects, and other commercial matters
  • Advise and represent clients while maintaining strong client relationships
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to develop strategic solutions and achieve successful outcomes

What We’re Looking For

  • 2-6 years of litigation experience, including insurance defense & commercial litigation
  • JD from an accredited law school and admitted to practice in New York
  • Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
