Key job responsibilities

As Senior Client Success Manager, you will work together with various departments to ensure our customers receive best-in-class support and manage all aspects of campaign execution, delivery, and final reporting.

The Client Success Manager will play an integral role in maximum revenue recognition and renewed business with sales and other Amazon partners.

A day in the life

You Will

  • Be an expert of all Twitch and Amazon products and exhibit a solid foundation of technical knowledge and site features.
  • Lead strategic initiatives from pitches to execution, management, and quality control of all sponsor opportunities from sale to project completion, ensuring client satisfaction and meeting all timeline milestones.
  • Oversee Twitch programming including 'influencer' promoted broadcasts, tournaments, contests and sweepstakes, custom interactive digital products, and custom commercials.
  • Manage both domestic and global projects working closely with your counterparts in our other global offices across Amazon.
  • Be accountable for client relationships after the program has sold through, ensuring a good experience for our customers.
  • Hit each milestone deadline, ensure expectations are set and all deliverables are met to make certain the client's vision is realized.
  • Provide clients with weekly reporting, delivery analysis, and recommendations.
  • Keep Sales apprised of all key issues, updated and relevant data throughout the campaign process.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales and other Amazon partners to drive incremental revenue and increase advertiser satisfaction.

Basic Qualifications

You Have :

  • 5+ years of online media experience.
  • Experience with pitching and helping clients execute custom branded campaigns.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office : PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Preferred Qualifications

Bonus Points :

  • Excellent written, presentation, and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent collaboration skills.
  • Able to proactively troubleshoot and problem solve quickly and through the proper escalation process.
